How it works
The Vending Lifecycle
You Purchase
Purchase your utilities through Aquaelec Mobile App, Internet or In-store options.
Fidelity Account
Funds are transferred to Aquaelecs fidelity account then once a month we will transfer to the account as designated by the client.
Aquaelec Makes Payment
Once a month we will transfer the money to the Municipality account, Body Corporate account, property management account, or landlord account as designated by the client.
Your Funds Received
Your funds, if not paid directly by Aquaelec, are received by the Municipality or via the Body Corporate, property management, or landlord.
